Egg Soufflé

One of my favorite breakfast foods is Egg Soufflé. We practically beg my mom for it! :)

Egg Soufflé

INGREDIENTS:

- 3 Eggs

- 1 cup Milk (of your choice)

- 2 cups Self-Rising Flour (or Blanched Almond Flour)

- 1 teaspoon Salt

- 1 teaspoon Coconut Palm Sugar

- 2 Tablespoons Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 425º.

2. Melt butter in 8x8 or 7x9 pan.

3. Combine flour, salt, sugar, & milk. Add beaten eggs. Beat all together.

4. Pour mix into pan & bake for 25-30 minutes. Then turn oven to 350º and bake for 10-15 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
