Luscious Pancakes

On Saturday's, we love to make pancakes or waffles. I was trying to find a healthy recipe, so I pulled from many I had saved, and made my own.
This recipe makes around 30 pancakes, but they're very filling!

Luscious Pancakes!
INGREDIENTS:
- 7 cups Whole Wheat Flour (I grind my own)
- 14 Tbls. Melted Butter
- 5 Tbls. Baking Powder
- 6 ~ 7 & 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 Tbls. Salt
- 16 Tbls. Coconut Sugar
- 2 & 1/2 Tbls. Vanilla flavoring
- 7 Egg Whites
- 7 Egg Yolks
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, & sugar in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, vanilla, & melted butter.
3. Beat egg whites in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form.
4. Add liquids to dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites.
5. Fry in butter. Enjoy!
