We had just run out of chicken the night before, and when asked what was for dinner, I had no idea. All we had was ground turkey and I only knew of a couple of good recipes that didn't take too long. One was Shepherd's Pie (which we had already had that week), and the other was Beef Stroganof. I decided I had to have a new grounf turkey/ground beef recipe.
I had imagined a recipe, but had never tried it before. I decided to take a chance and use my family as guinea pigs for a meal. I added different spcies and ingredients as I cooked, and when it was done, even I was surprised. It was good! We ate with rice and a salad, and I will be making this a lot more often!
