I have always loved teriyaki chicken as a child. I would order it every time we went to a mall. Now, I can make a much healthier version in the comfort f my own home and in about 15 minutes!

I found a version online and decided to make it a little healthier! ๐Ÿ˜Š If you would rather use the regular recipe, click on the link!

INGERDIENTS:

- 1 pound thawed boneless, skinless chicken thighs (you can also use breasts)

- 1/3 cup Liquid Aminos (You can also use soy sauce) - 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar (You can also use brown sugar or any other sugar substitute)

- Sesame Seeds ~ You be the judge of how many you like... I used about 1/3 cup.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut your thawed chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat a skillet on medium heat with a drop of oil... not too much.

2. Brown your chicken in your pan (about 8 minutes) until cooked all the way through. Drain chicken of oil & broth.

3. Mix Aminos, Coconut Sugar, & Sesame Seeds together in a small/medium bowl. Mix into chicken slowly while stirring. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

4. Serve over rice and with your favorite vegetable. ๐Ÿ˜Š
